The Approach
We utilised an additional buy to let property owned by the borrower (a property developer based in Yorkshire) to provide enough funds to repay the existing bridging loan and to fully fund the refurbishment costs.
The Outcome
The property once refurbished will be a stunning 4 bedroom family home finished to a very high spec located just outside the historic city of York.
