The purchase of a residential property in Macclesfield in need of light refurbishment.
The Approach
The borrower required a facility from Seneca to aid the purchase of the property which would enable them to then carry out the refurbishment works using their own funds.
The Outcome
Seneca acted swiftly to allow the client to secure the property, providing a Gross Facility of £127,500 at our maximum LTV. The refurbishment works will be completed during the loan term allowing Seneca to be repaid via sale once completed.
