The Project
A team of property investors based in London took on a complex deal project in South East England. The project was to demolish an existing building and the ground up development of a modern property which comprises of a ultra-modern dental surgery on the ground floor and 6 high end residential apartments.
The Approach
Seneca provided funds (£620,000) to repay the existing bridging loan and an additional £900,000 to fully fund the cost of works.
The Outcome
A complicated project that meant all parties involved had to work together to get the finance agreed and the loan completed in a timely manner.
