Seneca aided the purchase of the property by providing 75% net LTV on Day 1 and will fully fund the refurbishments costs to cover the works required in stages. Given the nature of the project, Seneca dispensed with the need for a QS and is relying on the Borrower to self-certify his drawdowns with supporting evidence of invoices and photographs.
A quick completion that took just over 4 weeks once the Lawyers had been instructed. Our client was satisfied with the quick turnaround and service provided and has already stated that he wishes to use Seneca’s funding for his next project.
