The Project
Seneca were approached to provide the funds for both the purchase and conversion of a former pool house in Coventry. The client had plans to turn the property into a spacious four-bedroom dwelling in accordance with planning permission.
The Approach
We were able to provide our client with a net day 1 of £720,000 towards the purchase and contribute a further £250,000 net for the conversion works.
The Outcome
This deal progressed quickly to completion ensuring that the borrowers were able to secure the property and commence works. Seneca look forward to seeing the end result of this quirky project.
