To support a well established and highly experienced team of property developers to purchase their next project in West Lancashire.

The Approach

Seneca has provided funds to aid the purchase of the property to allow time for them to obtain full planning to convert the existing building into residential units.

The Outcome

The project was complex due to the existing usage of the building. However, working with the broker, borrowers, and 3rd party professionals we completed the loan to allow them to purchase the site and begin the planning process.
