£300,000 retail unit development in Yorkshire
The Project
Our client, a property developer based in Yorkshire, owned a site with several large commercial units with planning to develop the property into ground floor retail units with residential apartments above.
The Approach
Seneca provided a finance package of £300,000 to cover 100% of the cost of works.
The Outcome
Due to the current condition of the commercial units spanning several complex legal titles, the transaction and proposed development was a complicated one. All parties involved worked together to ensure the loan completed in a short time frame allowing the works to commence as quickly as possible.
